I did it. It may be the “novice” category but this workout wore me out. But I signed up for a Crossfit competition in April where I will be doing this exact routine. My heart may have thumped a bit faster when I hit the “submit” button when I registered…and still does when I think about it.
I can squat all day.
Love it.
Rowing? Wall balls? Eh, not that easy for a short girl.
3 months. Because this challenge is going to change me.
